Visited here recently with my little girl, and was a little nervous going to a country we had never been before, especially with it being just the two of us, but the staff at the hotel were all so friendly, and made you feel very welcome. From the moment we arrived, to the day we left, they were all so friendly and attentive!
The place is absolutely spotless and the food was varied and very tasty. Not so keen on the desserts, but I'm more of a savory person anyway.
The cleaners left lovely little towel displays for my 5 year old daughter, which she loved, and the entertainment staff put on a fabulous show every night! The bar staff worked so hard and always remembered what we were drinking.
The Manager Etem is a lovely guy too! He made the effort to speak to his guests and get to know them by name. He was visable every day, overseeing the running of the hotel. It is safe to say, he runs the hotel extremely well!
The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach, where you can find a nice spot and get your drinks and food served to you by one of the local bars on the front.
Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Marmaris, you won't be disappointed!
Absolutely gutted, lovely hotel great pool and rooms, nice staff clean but boy did we pick the wrong week, end of season is all I heard when asking about food or entertainment, last night was told were finished by the bar man on 31st they closed the 1st. Reading the other reviews I feel robbed. Paid for fully inclusive but only received that for 2 days, we ate out more than in and had to seek entertainment else where. Its like they were tied and just gave up. They pumped up a big inflatable so the remaining guest where like wow only to wash it and pack it away infront of everyone.
Hotel was nice, all inclusive only includes local/own brand. Weather was just right early October. Sunbeds were in short supply . Theres plenty of food and choice but same everyday. The desserts all look amazing but sadly taste bland. Staff very friendly but there are languages barriers, you are also targeted at poolside from the on site traders tryin to sell you beauty and spa treatment
No full English breakfast.nit vast choice of breakfast options. Entertainment was disappointing no artists, just karaoke., that's being critical and picking holes overall it was enjoyable 7out of 10
Lovely hotel. Lovely staff. All inclusive . Food good. Location good . Air-conditioning is brillant in bedrooms. Little convenience shop with everything inside the hotel. Pool table and ping-pong table. Waterslides . Had a wonderful week and would definitely return
The hotel staff are lovely, a few of them work really hard non stop. The food can let them down. Looks lovely but not as tasty or what you might expect. However some meat was quite hard on occasion.
Beautiful, clean, amazing food, friendly staff. Housekeeping staff really looked after us. Family fun entertainment during the day and night.
This definitely is not a 5* hotel as the 4* across the road puts it to shame. I’d say it’s a 3* at best. The food seemed ok but I got V&D after the 2nd day so that put an end to eating for 2-3 days, plus a £60 trip to the doctor & a £13 bill for the prescription. The pool was clean but very crowded plus getting in & out of the pool was a challenge due to all the sun beds placed around it even near the entry/exit steps
Daytime entertainment was poor and repetitive. There’s a shortage of sun beds. The hotel has a no towel down before 7am rule but if you waited that long you’d never get a bed, We put towels out at 6am to get sunbeds or member of staff would put people's towels out at 4/5am but only if they were tipped. The rooms were clean enough, good air conditioning but the hotel in general is noisy & a bit outdated. Night time entertainment was lame the only good night was the White Party but even that caused controversy as there were complaints of it being racial. The Spa is expensive but you do get a really good massage plus you can get a sauna or Turkish bath for free.
I was in Marmaris in 2006 & a lot has changed since then, it’s a lot like the Benidorm of Turkey & I wouldn't go back to the resort let alone the hotel because we’re at the age now we just want to go on holiday to relax not to be hassled as you walk past every shop or bar.
Definitely NOT 5 star.
Rooms are disgusting, outdated. Rude manager and rude staff named ÇEN.
They gave us a rubbish room, I have attached pictures. They changed it after we requested many times, but not much difference.
Pool area is good for kids.
Food was good and lots of options.
Lovely staff named Nadir at the food hall - make sure to meet him.
ÇEN hotel and lobby staff - rude and racist. Treats individuals differently.
Cons: Scratched and drawings all over desk, walls and all over room.
Stains and marks on duvet.
Toilet was dusty, bidet has bad odour.
Manager and ÇEN were rude and did not communicate well or try to.
No hand wash
Blood on our duvet
Coffee stains on the floor
Group of boys were playing pranks in the hotel. Called our room at 3AM threatening us. Called a few other rooms and stalked some guests. They also made an old couple really scared by calling them up which resulted in them crying and not wanting to stay as they did not feel safe at all. Management did not remove them from the hotel
Anna from guest relations was nice and supported us in changing rooms.
